O-shot – Vaginal Rejuvenation
What is The O-Shot?
The Orgasm Shot™ (or O-Shot) is a non-surgical, in-office therapy for female sexual enhancement and treatment for urinary incontinence. The O-Shot uses Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) to effectively treat conditions like vaginal dryness and urinary incontinence.

Everything You Want to Know About the O-Shot But Didn’t Know Who to Ask
From puberty to pregnancy to menopause, a woman’s body goes through many changes. With everything that females endure, it’s no wonder 75% of women don’t consistently experience orgasm, and many more suffer from embarrassing conditions, such as stress incontinence.
The team at BodyGoal Med Spa understand the frustration sexual dysfunction and urinary incontinence can bring. Fortunately, there’s a new treatment that could mean the end of battling these frustrations: the O-Shot®.

What is the O-Shot?
The O-Shot is not a drug or medication. The O-Shot uses your own platelet-rich plasma (PRP), which is obtained with a simple blood draw. The growth factors in the PRP solution are then injected into the clitoral and vaginal areas. This process stimulates multi-potent stem cells to generate healthier and more functional tissue in the areas of sexual response and urinary continence (G-Spot, O-Spot, Skene’s Glands, urethra, and vaginal wall).
What conditions does the O-Shot treat?
The O-Shot can treat many conditions, including:
- Stress urinary incontinence
- Vaginal dryness
- Sexual dysfunction or painful intercourse
- Inability or decreased ability to achieve orgasm
- Chronic vaginal pain from childbirth or transvaginal mesh
- Weakness or pain in the pelvic floor
How does the O-Shot work?
Platelet-rich plasma contains naturally occurring growth factors. When PRP is injected into your clitoral and vaginal areas, stem cells are activated in the injected area, which encourages tissue regeneration and increased blood flow.
With new tissue and increased blood flow in the areas responsible for sexual pleasure, sensitivity is increased.
